As most translators (and many interpreters) work remotely, it’s important to think about how we can reach and engage with our clients from a distance. With technology at our fingertips, there’s no excuse for not engaging with our clients online.

And yet… it can feel overwhelming, intimidating, and for some, even anxiety-inducing.
